Facebook and Twitter are ramping up the mass censorship of right-wingers in the run-up to the election under the pretense of “combating inauthentic behavior and fake accounts.”

Accordingly, Roger Stone has been purged from Instagram, Jair Bolsonaro has been purged from Facebook, and Stefan Molyneux has been purged from Twitter (in addition to YouTube). The excuse given was the same in all three cases: “inauthentic behavior, fake accounts, and platform manipulation”.

The implication is that if you somehow manage to build an audience despite them shadowbanning and demoting your posts, it must be because of bots! After all, there CAN’T be that many people out there who disagree with the Loxists in San Francisco, right?
