Got a bit of a white pill for you (no pun intended).
Much to chagrin of Democrats who hate you and want you dead, overdose deaths and opioid prescriptions are both falling year over year in Maine following the passage of a 2016 bill that severely restricts the prescription of said drugs.
The Sacklers of the world are probably none too happy about it –especially since Purdue Pharma is now facing potential bankruptcy as a result of multiple state level lawsuits.
Bankruptcy isn’t punishment enough for these monsters.
We’ll also be talking about Maine’s falling crime rates and the recent SCOTUS decision to uphold Trump’s restrictions on asylees.
