Paul Krugman has a message for “rural America” (white people) from the… ahem… moneyed elite:
“You are not the future”.
Oh really? What do you think would happen if I walked into Israel shouting “Jews are not the future!”? What if I went to Japan and said the Japanese aren’t the future? What if I went to China and said the Chinese aren’t the future?
How well do you think that would go over, Paul?
Luckily for us, Krugman’s track record for predicting the future isn’t that good. But Krugman’s naked Loxism isn’t uncommon in his “industry”, so to speak. For this episode, we’ll be talking about how Loxism is essentially embedded into the framework of the fractional reserve system that leaches off our economy like a tick.
