The little speech Trump gave the other night didn’t do him any good.
Jared Kushner and Steve Mnuchin have been working overtime since the President banned travelers from Europe to reassure Kochsuckers and neocons of all flavors that trade will remain open between Europe and the United States. “He misspoke when he said the ban applies to cargo! He went off script when he wasn’t supposed to!”
Still wasn’t enough to stop a 10% fall across all major indices, prompting the Fed (presumably at the request of Steve Mnuchin) to step out and promise trillions more in helicopter cash for failing banks.
Given that Wu Flu Panic is still spreading, we clearly haven’t hit the floor yet.
