Jerome Powell is worried that Congress won’t spend enough money to keep the economy from crashing (because that’s how economies work), but never fear — there’s an easy solution:

Auto sales are down, housing sales are down, and unemployment is waaaaaay up. The pandemic might not have turned out to be much of a threat but the economic crisis is just getting ramped up, thanks in no small part to ongoing unnecessary lockdowns. Thanks, Democrats. Very cool!
