Would you rather live in a society that thoroughly investigates credible allegations of sexual abuse against children, or would you rather live in a society that protects the reputations of pedophiles to the detriment of trafficked children by reflexively treating all such allegations as baseless conspiracy theories?
As things stand now, you have the latter.
However, in light of the NXIVM, Rotherham, and Epstein sex trafficking scandals, the public’s willingness to treat the issue with the seriousness it deserves is increasing. And that brings us back to Pizzagate. I’m not going to make the case here that Pizzagate is real or that the implicated parties are guilty of sex crimes against children. Rather, I’m going to make the case that there’s enough circumstantial evidence to warrant an actual investigation.
