The prosecution in the Rittenhouse case is making Kyle’s defense for him as state witness after state witness testifies that yes, in fact, Kyle was acting in self defense when he shot three people in Kenosha last year, killing two.
The only survivor has himself admitted under oath that he was only shot after feigning surrender and pulling a gun on Kyle, who was laying on the ground at the time.
Unsurprisingly, the left has resulted to jury intimidation. After all, they won’t get a conviction here any other way.
