The verdict is in for Sines v. Kessler and defendants have been found liable for something to the effect of $25 million in damages. Political prisoner Christopher Cantwell’s share is $700k.
This lawfare may go unchecked or it may be reversed on appeal; only time will tell. For now, it does in fact set a dangerous precedent regarding both free speech and the right to self defense that will surely inform even more lawfare.
