Running cocaine from Columbia to the United States will now result in a ten or fifteen million dollar bounty being placed on your head — unless, of course, you happen to work for the CIA.
Bill Barr couldn’t find it in himself to indict the Clintons or the Bushes for the Iran-Contra / Mena Airport cocaine smuggling scandals, but he has no problem bringing the hammer down on Venezuela’s president for doing the exact same thing.
That’ll teach him not to cut in on the CIA’s turf or sell oil for non-dollar denominations. After all, we’re printing money in the United States like it’s going out of style. We can’t have ROGUE NATIONS deviating from the international dollar standard in the face of inflation, can we?
