Shutdowns, recessions, and breadlines — oh my!

Of course, we’ve had virtual breadlines in this country since the advent of EBT and SNAP, but now there are LITERAL breadlines in cities around the nation that you can ACTUALLY SEE due to the government-imposed shutdown of our domestic economy.

Are mass quarantines even working? Is the juice worth the squeeze? Will the death toll from the economic impact of the forced shutdowns be greater than the death toll from the virus itself?

These questions are all worth exploring.
